ReplyDeleteYes, sushi is aesthetically delightful in more ways than one! I still remember the first time I had it: I had the good fortune to be introduced to it by a friend who, knowing how scary it can be for neophytes, started us off with simpler stuff, like tekka maki. Between the beautiful presentation and the wonderful bite of wasabi, it was love at first taste.
