No More Death Penalty

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Kenneth Foster didn't deserve to die for a crime he didn't commit and Texas finally pulled its head out of its ass. Which is one of the reasons my dad felt that the death penalty is cruel and unusual punishment, a form of torture.. The last meal, saying goodbye to families etc. All of which Foster had to endure before his sentence was commuted. Whatever excuse works for you is okay by me.

If nineteen year olds aren't considered to be adult enough to drink, how can they be tried as adults, much less be scheduled to be put to death?
