I started a new soup business at the coffee shop across the street. I make crockpot soup for sale at lunchtime and I sold 6 bowls yesterday. I'm trying to keep costs low so it was veggie soup with lots of chunky bites. Today it will be chicken noodle. The crockpot thing is a little limiting in both time and space, but there is no stove.
Rain. The soupmakers best friend. If it snows (we will be in so much trouble) you need stew or a really hearty soup. The shop opens at 6:30 so I need to get ready and get chopping.
