It's Mom's 77th Today

I have a doctors appointment and then we are headed off to Cache Creek, mom wants to play the slots. They have several good restaurants out in the middle of nowhere, maybe her sons would like to join us for dinner? Since we will be in the North Bay, so to speak, it could be a nice birthday surprise.

I finished Potter last night and the only thing I have to say is, I thought only two were supposed to die. Or did I empathize with too many characters? And no, I wasn't satisfied with the ending. When they get to the seventh movie, they are going to wish they hadn't cut certain scenes from the movies.

Oh well, off to start a day of fun for the birthday girl.
