An $800 dollar tax rebate isn't going to help me, gas and food costs will take care of that in less than a month. Besides I still owe the government money, I'll never see it. For a variety of reasons, I don't care whether my taxes are paid or not. The worst that could happen is that I get free room and board. Maybe if my taxes were used a little bit more intelligently or at the very least, not to kill people.
